A call centre with no hardware to buy

Agents work through a web interface and a free softphone app, from any location. There is no system to purchase and no per-seat licence — you pay a usage fee.

What it is used for

A call centre works equally well in both directions: agents reach large numbers of people for telemarketing and research, while at the same time taking incoming calls for support and product information.

The system adapts to your process and connects to the telecom setup you already run. Alongside voice calls, SMS can be included.

What it can do

  • Multiple agents signed in at once
  • Click to dial — no typing numbers
  • Directory search by country, county, town and street
  • Import a directory from a file
  • Marking the status of a call and a contact
  • Call recording for quality monitoring
  • Redialling missed and busy numbers
  • Daily per-agent reports and a total call overview
  • Ready to use within minutes

The Survey module

A tool for polling opinion, used by media outlets and by political and marketing campaigns. You enter the questions and the possible answers yourself through the interface and change them whenever you need to.

During the call the agent picks from the offered answers and stores them against the contact. Results enter the statistics immediately — you can see how a survey stands while it is still running, not only once it ends.

There is no limit on the number of surveys, questions or answers.

The Sales and CRM module

Built for companies doing direct sales and telemarketing. During a call the agent books a meeting or a presentation and assigns it to one of your staff.

Booked meetings and tasks are visible in real time and can be searched, so daily and weekly schedules are built from one place. Reports on how those meetings went feed into the same statistics.
